| POSTAGE: | Package and postage via first class mail within Europe is included in the GBP and EUR rates. The SEK rate include postage within Sweden. For inquiries about freight to countries outside Europe, please contact us at souvenirs@kagered-racing.com |
| PAYMENT: |
For easy and safe payment we use PAYPAL, the world´s leading ebusiness online payment solution. All you need is an emailaddress and a bank/creditcard- you do not need a PayPal account! Please note, this webshop has no automatic payment system connected to it. After receival of your order, we email you the invoice in form of a unique payment link, that match your order. We do not get access to any creditcard or bank account information, all details are kept private between you and Paypal. More general information about PayPal can be found at www.paypal.com. SWEDEN: Betalning inom Sverige kan göras via Plusgiro, bankgiro eller det säkra betalsystemet PAYSON (du får fakturan på epost från oss och betalar via internetbank eller bankkort). | INQUIRIES, ORDER and ORDER CONFIRMATION: | Inquiries can be be emailed to souvenirs@kagered-racing.com if you prefer that rather than the online shopping cart. Let us know what you are interested to order and any questions you have and we will answer back, normally within 24 hours weekdays. Please, note we do not use automatic response emails. We always email back personally. There are no obligations from your side until you have completed the payment transaction. The payment indicates we shall go ahead and pack+send your goods. We send the goods within 48 hours weekdays after we receive the payment notification. No goods is sent during weekends or public holidays. We do not accept telephone orders. This is to avoid any misunderstandings, like the spelling of adresses etc. Our contact information is stated below and you are of course welcome to contact us with inquiries over the phone as well. If you prefer to write us a letter to order, that is fine too. During race periods we are unable to handle orders on a daily basis. Our agenda on the main page indicates the dates we are out of the office. If you want to send an inquiry or order anyway at that particular time, we will be happy to care for it as soon as we can. |
| SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: | It is in our interest that you are satisfied with the goods you receive from us. If you are not pleased with the item or need a different size, we offer to take the item purchased back within 30 days, provided it has not been used (we trust your honesty on this point). Return postage is payed by you- we will refund the purchase excluding the actual postage cost. If you return to change for a different size you will need to pay new postage for the new item to be sent. Please look at the information provided when it comes to measurements, which we hope will guide you when choosing size. |
| DO YOU WISH FOR MICKE TO SIGN YOUR ITEM? | If you wish to have Micke Kågered´s signature on an item, he will be happy to provide it- just let us know! You can leave a message about your preferences in the message box upon checkout. |
| ARE YOU BUYING A GIFT? | Are you planning to give away an item as a gift? If you wish, we will be happy to gift wrap any item for you for free! We also offer to send the package to another adress than your own with a personal message (according to your instructions)! We provide this service at no additional cost. You can leave a message about your preferences in the message box upon checkout. |
| DELIVERY: | Our aim is to send any ordered item according to your wishes. If we have it in stock, we ship within 48 hours after payment notification on weekdays. No shipping is made during weekends or public holidays. Depending on which country you reside in it generally takes 3-10 days (see this as a guideline only) from we place the goods in the mail until it reaches you. We use the official Swedish mailcompany Posten for all shipping if nothing else is stated. Items are sent as 1st class mail. |
| PRIVACY CLAIM: | We keep your identity private at all times. We do not give out your identity or adress to anyone beside our own staff. We will need to submit your emailaddress via Paypal´s secure site when proceeding the invoice transaction (this is not connected to your identity other than if your emailaddress includes your name or part of it). |
| SALES TAX: | Swedish sales tax 25% is included in the rates. |
